Experience in similar positions and management of mining KPIs By request of a major mining contracting company: We are currently recruiting for a: RESIDENT ASSISTANT Requirements: * Degree holder, registered, and licensed as a Mining Engineer. * Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles. * Driver's license, minimum class A-I. * Proficiency in managing KPIs in mining operations. * Availability to work on a 20-days-on/10-days-off schedule. * Must reside in Lima or Arequipa Benefits: * Formal payroll with all statutory benefits. * 100% company-covered EPS (health insurance). * Meals and transportation allowances covered according to assigned boarding points.
