Job Summary: We are seeking housekeeping staff to maintain immaculate rooms and areas, ensuring guest comfort and adherence to hotel quality standards. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure cleanliness and order in assigned rooms and areas 2. Perform deep cleaning and change bed linens 3. Restock amenities and inspect room equipment We are looking for top talent to fill the position of **Housekeeping Staff** at a prominent hotel located in the Yanahuara district. **Job Objective:** Ensure that assigned rooms and areas remain immaculate, clean, orderly, and fully ready for guest reception and comfort, meeting hotel quality standards. Requirements * **Education:** Completed secondary education. * **Experience:** Minimum 6 months to 1 year of prior experience in related roles (hotel, hostel, tourist apartment cleaning, or similar). * **Location:** Availability to work in **Yanahuara** (as a reference, two blocks from Av. Ejército). What will be your responsibilities? * Perform deep cleaning and organize rooms (both occupied and vacated). * Make beds and change bed linens (sheets, pillowcases, duvets). * Clean, disinfect, and properly stock bathrooms. * Restock amenities, towels, and necessary supplies in each room daily. * Check basic functionality of room equipment (lights, TV, water, etc.) and report any malfunctions to the maintenance department. * Immediately report guest-remaining items according to hotel protocol. * Maintain cleanliness and order in hallways, common areas, and assigned zones. * Timely inform the front desk about rooms ready for new occupancy. Work Schedule and Shift * **Working Hours:** 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. (fixed morning shift). * **Workweek:** 6x1 (six working days per week with one rotating day off from Monday to Sunday, subject to prior coordination). What We Offer (Salary and Benefits) * **Base Salary:** S/. 1,250.00 monthly. * **Statutory Benefits:** Formal payroll registration under the **PYME / MYPE** regime (including 50% bonus and 50% CTS).
