Job Summary: We are seeking a recent graduate to lead the Quality Department at our food plant, overseeing production processes, quality control standards, and compliance with food safety protocols. Ensure compliance with cleaning and food safety protocols We are looking for a recent graduate to lead the Quality Department at our food plant. **REQUIRED PROFILE:** * **Education:** Graduate in **Food Engineering** or **Agroindustrial Engineering**. * **Experience:** Minimum **2 years** in food industry companies. * **Availability:** Willing to work rotating shifts (5 days per week). **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Monitor and control production processes. * Supervise quality control standards. * Ensure compliance with cleaning and food safety protocols. **BENEFITS (GENERAL REGIME \- LAW 728):** As a member of our team under the **General Regime**, you will enjoy 100% of all statutory benefits: * **Competitive salary:** Between **S/ 1,700 and S/ 1,900** (based on evaluation). * **Statutory bonuses:** Two bonuses per year (July and December), each equivalent to one full monthly salary, plus an extraordinary bonus. * **CTS (Compensatory Time Service Deposit):** Deposits made in May and November. * **Vacation:** 30 days of paid physical rest per year. * **Family Allowance:** Additional payment of 10% of the Minimum Vital Wage (RMV) if you have minor children or university students. * **Life Insurance (Law-mandated):** Coverage effective from the first day of employment. * **Social Security:** Full employer-paid contributions to EsSalud. * **Profit Sharing:** Participation in the company's profit distribution.
