Job Summary: We are seeking a driver to transport, unload, and deliver merchandise; report route progress and order status; and lead a team within the city of Arequipa. Key Highlights: 1. Report route progress and order status **REQUIREMENTS:** \- Completed secondary education. \- Valid driver's license AIIB or higher. \- Minimum 3 months of experience driving vehicles weighing 2 to 5 tons within the city of Arequipa. \- Basic knowledge of Google Maps. \- Valid documentation. **COMPENSATION:** \- S/ 1,800 \+ S/ 100 (Attendance and punctuality bonus). **RESPONSIBILITIES:** \- Transport merchandise within the city of Arequipa. \- Report route progress during the workday. \- Unload and deliver merchandise. \- Collect payments for orders together with the assistant. \- Report the status of delivered orders. \- Lead and coordinate the crew (Loader and Assistant). **PAYMENT METHOD:** Bi-weekly payments: \- 40% in the first half of the month \- 60% at month-end. **BENEFITS:** \- Formal employment registration. \- ESSALUD \- SCTR \- Mandatory Life Insurance. \- Vacation days. \- Year-end and mid-year bonuses.
