Job Summary: We are seeking a Bachelor of Mining Engineering with experience in short-term planning to design, plan, and optimize mining operations, ensuring efficiency and safety. Key Highlights: 1. At Prosol Ispacas S.A., a mining company, we are currently searching for top talent to fill the position of: **PLANNING ASSISTANT** **WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?** **ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS:** **Profile Requirements** · Education: Bachelor of Mining Engineering. · Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in short-term planning roles, preferably in narrow-vein underground operations. · Software: Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, Deswik, Datamine, or Minesight. · Knowledge: Mine design, drilling and blasting, mining costs, geotechnics, and valuations. · Skills: Analytical ability, leadership, working under pressure, and results orientation. **Main Functions and Responsibilities** · Operational Planning: Develop and update short- and medium-term mining plans (weekly, monthly, quarterly). · Mine Design: Design mining methods, ramps, drifts, crosscuts, etc., using mining software such as AutoCAD, Deswik, Datamine, and Minesight. · Production Control: Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly production progress, KPIs, and forecasts. · Field Coordination: Participate in daily mine operations meetings to ensure execution of scheduled blasts and advances. · Optimization: Calculate equipment capacity and mining sequence to ensure efficiency. · Safety Management: Ensure designs comply with safety and environmental standards. Salary: S/.3,500.00 – S/.3,800.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
