Position Summary: We are seeking a Technical Commercial Analyst to support the preparation of proposals and documentation for hospital equipment projects, ensuring customer service and compliance with requirements. Key Highlights: 1. Technical and commercial support for hospital equipment projects. 2. Preparation of proposals, quotations, and technical-commercial documentation. 3. Customer service and coordination with internal departments. On behalf of our client — a leading company in the design, manufacturing, and distribution of medical furniture — we are seeking the best candidate for the position of **TECHNICAL COMMERCIAL ANALYST**. **Position Objective:** To provide technical and commercial support in preparing proposals, quotations, and documentation for hospital equipment projects, ensuring timely customer service and compliance with technical requirements. **Main Responsibilities:** * Prepare technical-commercial quotations and proposals. * Analyze technical specifications and tender documents. * Prepare technical and commercial documentation for customers and procurement processes. * Provide customer service and follow-up, addressing inquiries and coordinating requirements. * Coordinate with Engineering, Production, and Procurement departments for proposal development. * Manage and maintain up-to-date technical and commercial documentation. * Follow up on commercial opportunities until sale closure. REQUIREMENTS: * Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. * Experience in public tenders and procurement is desirable. * Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
