Position Summary: We are seeking a Mechanical Engineer to plan and execute industrial equipment maintenance, diagnose failures, and coordinate technical work. Key Highlights: 1. Participation in continuous improvement projects **Position: Mechanical Engineer – Maintenance** **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree or graduate in Mechanical Engineering or Mechanical-Electrical Engineering. * Minimum 1 year of experience in industrial maintenance. * Knowledge of preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance. * Proficiency with pumps, motors, piping, valves, and heat exchangers. * Familiarity with industrial safety standards. **Responsibilities** * Plan, execute, and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of industrial equipment. * Diagnose mechanical failures and propose solutions to minimize downtime. * Supervise the operation of pumps, motors, compressors, piping, valves, and water treatment systems. * Coordinate maintenance activities with technical staff and external vendors. * Develop maintenance plans, schedules, and technical reports. * Monitor proper use of tools, spare parts, and materials. * Verify compliance with safety, occupational health, and environmental regulations during maintenance activities. * Participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance equipment reliability and efficiency. * Manage maintenance metrics (availability, MTTR, MTBF, etc.). * Provide technical support for installation and commissioning of new industrial equipment. Salary: S/.1,500.00 - S/.2,100.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
