Job Summary:
Responsible for maintaining physical, systemic, and documentary control of warehouses and magazines, managing inventories and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Key Highlights:
1. Manages inventories and resources of warehouses and magazines.
2. Ensures compliance with safety and quality regulations.
3. Prepares inventory and operational dispatch reports.
Objective: Maintain physical, systemic, and documentary control of warehouses and magazines for inputs, raw materials, supplies, finished products, explosives, accessories, blasting agents, etc., in accordance with internal and external standards and current legislation.
Responsibilities:
* Register product entries, exits, returns, weights, and other data related to explosives sales and production in the system.
* Keep the document registration system up to date.
* Efficiently manage company resources for sales and production.
* Prepare monthly magazine reports and submit them to requesting authorities.
* Prepare reports on inventory, stock levels, inventory reliability, production plans, procurement plans, dispatches, non-conforming products, among others.
* Carry out operational dispatches according to purchase order notifications.
* Manage the warehouse so that capacity, order, and product location are properly distributed and comply with current regulations.
* Conduct physical and systemic stock control through monthly, general, and/or selective inventories.
* Supervise and verify that products are in good condition.
* Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental policies and regulations.
* Maintain warehouses and/or magazines under appropriate safety conditions.
* Work in accordance with the company’s safety standards and internal procedures.
Requirements:
* 1 year of experience in logistics areas and/or in this position.
* Bachelor's degree or technical diploma in Administration, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
* Stock/inventory control.
* Intermediate Excel and SAP skills.
* Class A1 driver’s license.
* Residence in La Joya, Arequipa.
* Rotating roster under a 4x3 or 5x2 schedule depending on operational needs.
