PROFESSIONAL LAW INTERNSHIP – (PART TIME)

Position Summary: We are seeking a Professional Law Intern to develop skills in Civil Law, Civil Procedure, Notarial Law, and Registry Law, by participating in real cases and supporting the analysis and tracking of judicial files. Opportunity for continuity and professional growth At **DELTA LEGAL Abogados Inmobiliarios**, we are looking for a **Professional Law Intern – Part Time**, interested in developing expertise in **Civil Law, Civil Procedure, Notarial Law, and Registry Law**. The selected candidate will directly participate in real cases and support the analysis and tracking of judicial files, drafting complaints, responses, appeals, and other legal documents, as well as handling procedures and formalities before the Judiciary, SUNARP, notaries, and other entities. **Main Responsibilities:** * Reviewing and analyzing judicial files and preparing reports on their procedural status. * Drafting legal documents, complaints, responses, and appeals. * Tracking judicial files and monitoring procedural deadlines. * Assisting with formalities before the Judiciary, SUNARP, notaries, and municipalities. * Drafting minutes, contracts, and notarial and registry documents. * Supporting attendance at hearings, formalities, and responding to legal inquiries. * Organizing and updating physical and virtual files. **Requirements:** * Law graduate or Bachelor of Laws. * Knowledge of Civil Law and Civil Procedure. * Knowledge of Notarial Law and Registry Law. * Strong legal writing skills and ability to construct sound legal arguments. * Proficiency in CEJ, SINOE, Electronic Filing Desk, and office software. * Initiative, responsibility, organizational skills, and attention to detail. * Prior experience in litigation, law firms, notaries, or SUNARP is desirable. * Residence in **Arequipa**. **What We Offer:** * Practical training through participation in real cases. * Ongoing mentoring and feedback. * Monthly financial stipend of **S/ 600**, with potential increase based on performance and autonomy. * **Part-time on-site schedule of 5 hours daily, Monday to Friday mornings**. * Opportunity for continuity and professional growth within the firm. * Work environment compatible with postgraduate studies or other commitments.
