**We are looking for a Community Manager / Content Creator for Soul Marketing Digital!** Are you a persuasive, dynamic person with a positive attitude? We are seeking a **Creative Community Manager with a proactive profile**, capable of designing and editing content, visual and audiovisual strategies for growing brands. **What will you do?** * Plan, create, and schedule content for social media. * Design graphic materials (posts, stories, reels, carousels, etc.) aligned with each brand's identity. * Edit short videos with a commercial focus and storytelling approach. * Participate in brainstorming sessions, idea generation, and content strategy meetings. * Develop monthly content plans with growth and engagement objectives. * Monitor results, respond to messages, and interact with communities. * Record content and handle audiovisual equipment (desirable). * Support in recordings and have **willingness to appear on camera** when necessary. **What are we looking for in you?** * Solid knowledge of **Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects**, and **Firefly (generative AI)**. * Intermediate or advanced skills in video editing software: **Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar**. * Ability in **creative writing** and social media management. * Proactivity, creativity, and eagerness to learn in an agency environment. * Previous experience is preferred, but **it is mandatory to present a portfolio** (personal or practice projects). **Work Schedule (Remote Mode)** * Monday to Friday: **8:00 am – 6:00 pm** / Saturdays: **9:00 am \- 12:00 pm** **What we offer** * **Base salary of S/. 1300 per month**. * Office address: Calle Pablo de Olavide 135, Callao. * Excellent work environment and teamwork. * Opportunities for growth within the agency. * Continuous training in digital marketing trends and artificial intelligence applied to content. * Projects with real and diverse brands.
