**PERUTEC SERVICIOS CNC**, a leading Peruvian company in applied engineering for design, manufacturing and maintenance of industrial machinery, is seeking an **Engineering Assistant** to join its team. We work on projects involving **design and manufacturing of products and machines**, **technical consulting for the acquisition of national and international machinery**, and **electronic repair of CNC equipment** such as CNC routers, CO₂ lasers, and 3D printers. **Main Responsibilities** * Design and model products and machinery using **Autodesk Inventor** and other CAD software. * Prepare technical drawings and manufacturing documentation. * Provide **technical consulting** for purchasing industrial machinery. * Perform diagnosis and repair of electronic systems in CNC machines. * Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance. * Respond to customer technical inquiries and propose fast and effective solutions. * Prepare technical manuals and service reports. **Requirements** * **Age:** 22 – 25 years (mandatory). * Graduate of **Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electrical or Electronic Engineering**. * Experience or knowledge in **CNC manufacturing processes** (essential). * Intermediate/advanced skills in CAD software (Inventor, AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Fusion 360\). * Intermediate proficiency in Word and Excel. * Use of diagnostic tools: multimeter, oscilloscope, electronic soldering. * Ability to communicate technically and interact directly with customers. * Availability for **on-site work** in Independencia, Lima, and for travel (25 %). **Valued Competencies** * Results-oriented and problem-solving skills. * Proactivity and teamwork ability. * Responsibility and commitment. * Interest in CNC technologies and automation. **Benefits** * Participation in real projects of **CNC design, manufacturing and technical support**. * Continuous training in CAD/CAM/CAE and industrial maintenance. * Technical guidance from specialist engineers. * Remuneration: **S/ 1,500 – S/ 1,800** (depending on experience). * Trial period: 1 month with potential for permanent contract. **Position Type:** Full-time – On-site **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 5:30 pm **Location:** Independencia, Lima Type of position: Full-time Salary: S/.1,500\.00 \- S/.1,800\.00 per month Ability to relocate/move: * Independencia 15332: Able to commute to work without issues or plan to relocate before starting work (Desirable) Education: * Completed bachelor's degree (Desirable) Travel availability: * 25 % (Mandatory) Workplace: On-site job Application deadline: 27/08/2025
