**Job RequirementsEducation** * High school graduate or degree holder in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related fields. * Desired: courses in ISO/IEC 17025, quality management, method validation, or similar. * Minimum of 2 years preparing or reviewing laboratory reports, environmental reports, monitoring reports, or similar technical documents. * Previous experience coordinating or prioritizing workflows. * Intermediate knowledge of ISO/IEC 17025 and ISO 9001. * Proficiency with systems. * General knowledge of physico-chemical or environmental testing methods. * Intermediate level in Microsoft Office. **Main Responsibilities:** * Review and consolidate analytical results issued by laboratory departments to ensure accurate preparation of technical reports. * Issue accredited and non-accredited reports, ensuring compliance with the criteria established by ISO/IEC 17025 and ISO 9001. * Functionally supervise the workflow of the report issuance team, assigning priorities and monitoring delivery timelines. * Coordinate with Technical Management, Operations, and Customer Service to resolve technical inquiries and ensure timely delivery to clients. * Validate the technical consistency among results, methods, and reports prior to releasing them. * Manage special client requests regarding report format or content. * Monitor statuses, workloads, and deadlines within the system to maintain process traceability. * Report incidents, errors, or technical observations identified in received information. * Propose improvements to the issuance process to optimize time, quality, and technical consistency.
