Job Summary:
A professional responsible for leading and implementing the SSOMA Management System, ensuring regulatory compliance and occupational risk prevention across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and implement the SSOMA Management System
2. Prevent occupational hazards and promote a safety culture
3. Provide ongoing training to field personnel on hazards
A professional responsible for leading and implementing the Safety, Occupational Health, and Environmental Management System (SSOMA), ensuring compliance with current legal regulations, occupational risk prevention, and promotion of a safety culture at all organizational levels.
**Education:** An engineer in any specialty, registered and licensed, with a diploma in SSOMA.
**Position Requirements:**
− Willingness to travel as required by the project (occasionally for supervision).
− Responsible for providing ongoing training to field personnel on hazards and risks.
**Knowledge:**
− Industrial and Mining Safety.
− Law No. 29783 and sector-specific regulations.
− MATPEL I, II, and III certifications.
− Interpretation and Internal Auditing of ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards\.
− Incident Investigation.
− SIG implementation.
**Experience:** Minimum of 2 years in mining or construction projects (earthworks).
