Job Summary: We are seeking an Import Specialist to manage and coordinate foreign trade operations, supplier sourcing, and imported product development. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage and coordinate foreign trade operations. 2. Search for new reliable international suppliers. 3. Develop new imported products under the company's own brand. Our leading southern-region company, dedicated to the marketing and distribution of construction materials and hardware products, is seeking top talent to join our team and take on the challenge of becoming an **IMPORT SPECIALIST** in Arequipa. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor’s degree or higher in International Business, Accounting, Administration, or related fields * Prior import experience of 6 months or more (experience in hardware and construction materials companies preferred) * Experience in foreign trade * Proficiency in English (verbal and written) * Intermediate office software skills * Ability to work with multiple stakeholders (suppliers, freight forwarders, customs authorities, internal teams, marketing). **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Manage and coordinate foreign trade operations, ensuring adherence to deadlines, costs, and agreed terms. * Identify and evaluate new reliable international suppliers * Develop new imported products under the company's own brand * Generate and track purchase orders and quotations * Manage risks, costs, and documentation associated with import operations * Analyze inventory to identify stockout risks for high-turnover products * Conduct market analysis (VERITRADE) * Prepare reports for management * Perform other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor **BENEFITS** * Formal employment registration from the first day of work * Pleasant working environment * Career progression opportunities * Comprehensive social benefits * Profit-sharing Salary: S/.2,000.00 \- S/.2,500.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
