Job Summary: Responsible for supervising, controlling, and verifying the execution of architectural work items and finishes, ensuring compliance with standards and project integration. Job Objective Responsible for supervising, controlling, and verifying the correct execution of architectural work items during construction, ensuring compliance with drawings, technical specifications, construction procedures, quality standards, safety requirements, and project schedule. Also supervises the correct execution of architectural finishes and coordinates with various disciplines to guarantee integrated project delivery. 2\. Duties and Responsibilities * Supervise the execution of architectural work items throughout all construction phases. * Review architectural drawings, construction details, technical specifications, and project documents. * Verify compliance with established construction procedures and quality standards. * Supervise the correct execution of architectural finishes, including claddings, flooring, tiling, painting, carpentry, glazing, aluminum, drywall, suspended ceilings, and other related work items. * Conduct periodic site inspections, identifying deviations and proposing corrective actions. * Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and various disciplines (structural, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, etc.) to ensure proper integration of works. * Verify interdisciplinary coordination to prevent interferences during execution. * Monitor physical progress of architectural work items against the construction schedule. * Track resolution of observations and non-conformities identified during execution. * Prepare technical reports, progress reports, photographic records, and site incident logs. * Review quantity take-offs, valuations, and quantities executed for architectural work items. * Support planning, scheduling, and sequencing of architectural work execution. * Verify that completed areas meet quality requirements for handover. 4\. Academic Qualifications * Licensed Architect. * Valid professional registration and license (desirable). * Specialization or courses in construction supervision, project management, or quality control (desirable). 5\. Required Experience * Minimum **2 years** of experience in building construction supervision. * Experience in supervision of architectural work items and finishes. * Experience in construction quality control. * Experience in residential, commercial, industrial, or multifamily projects (desirable). 6\. Technical Knowledge * Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and coordinate them with other disciplines. * Construction processes for buildings. * On-site supervision and quality control. * Knowledge of construction materials and systems. * Execution and control of architectural finishes. * Preparation and review of quantity take-offs and valuations. * Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and project management software (MS Project or similar, desirable). * Familiarity with the National Building Regulation (RNE). * Basic knowledge of Occupational Safety and Health regulations applicable to construction sites. 7\.
