Job Summary: We are seeking a Road Safety Supervisor – SSMA to ensure safety in mining operations, manage risks, and strengthen preventive culture. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervise road safety in mining operations 2. Identify hazards, assess risks, and propose control measures 3. Coordinate the implementation of safety improvements At IGH, we are looking for a **Road Safety Supervisor – SSMA** (Mining Sector) to ensure safety during field operations, manage road safety risks, and strengthen the preventive culture through training and compliance with current regulations. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise road safety in operations within the mining unit. * Identify hazards, assess risks, and propose control measures. * Conduct training on road safety and SSMA topics. * Verify compliance with safety standards and procedures. * Report incidents, unsafe acts, and substandard conditions. * Coordinate with operational areas to implement safety improvements. **Requirements** **Academic Qualifications** * Degree holder and registered professional in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical-Electrical, Industrial, or related fields). **Experience** * Minimum 5 years of experience in SSMA. * At least 3 years of experience in the mining sector. * Experience in road safety management in operations. * Experience in field-level hazard identification and risk controls. * Experience delivering training and managing personnel. **Knowledge and Other Requirements** * Knowledge of safety regulations (Law No. 29783 and related norms). * Risk management expertise. * Certifications for high-risk work (desirable). **Benefits** * Formal employment contract from day one. * All statutory benefits (CTS, bonuses, vacation, etc.). * Work schedule under standard labor regime. * Profit-sharing participation. * Pleasant working environment.
