Job Summary: A Physical Therapy professional responsible for delivering specialized therapeutic sessions aimed at restoring and improving patients' physical and respiratory functionality. Key Highlights: 1. Execution of specialized therapeutic sessions. 2. Provision of physical, respiratory, swallowing, and occupational therapies. 3. Detailed documentation of sessions in the electronic medical record. Deliver specialized therapeutic sessions focused on the recovery, maintenance, and improvement of patients' physical and respiratory functionality, in accordance with the therapeutic plan established by the specialist physician. **Specific Responsibilities** *Clinical Functions* * Conduct therapeutic sessions according to the plan prescribed by the physiatrist or other specialist physician. * Provide physical, respiratory, swallowing, and occupational therapies as medically indicated. * Ensure proper execution of therapies in compliance with institutional protocols. *Alignment and Coverage Functions* * Strictly adhere to the established therapeutic plan; do not perform initial assessments or clinical re-evaluations. * Ensure therapeutic interventions align with the clinical assistance program and the insurer's coverage. * Do not offer or deliver services outside of coverage without prior validation from the Programs Coordination team. *Documentation and Reporting Functions* * Record all therapeutic sessions in the institutional electronic medical record. * Ensure each session lasts a minimum of 45 minutes and a maximum of 1 hour. * Report any clinically relevant incidents to the Programs Coordination team; escalate to Medical Management as appropriate. **Job Requirements** * Professional degree in Physical Therapy or related field * Active professional registration * Valid practice license * Minimum experience: 2 years * Experience in home healthcare: Preferred Salary: S/.45\.00 per hour Application Question(s): * Indicate the nearby areas you can serve: Work Location: On-site employment
