We are looking for a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented professional interested in developing expertise in **Logistics, Purchasing, and Procurement** within a hospitality and services company. What will be your main challenge? Supporting the Logistics department in tracking requirements, purchases, procurement, suppliers, inventories, and document control—contributing to efficient and timely organizational resource management. **Key Responsibilities:** * Assist in tracking requirements from various departments. * Prepare and update supply and inventory charts. * Monitor purchase orders and supplier delivery dates. * Support the identification and evaluation of new suppliers. * Request quotations and prepare comparative offer tables. * Maintain physical and digital archives of logistics documentation. * Support reconciliation of purchase orders, delivery notes, and invoices. * Support document control for purchasing and warehouse operations. * Participate in scheduled physical inventory counts. * Provide support in purchasing and procurement processes. * Prepare reports and tracking charts as requested by the department. * Perform other related duties assigned by the Logistics Coordinator. * Conduct visits and/or travel to La Joya, as required by departmental operational needs. **Requirements:** * Graduate of Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business, or related fields. * Prior pre-professional internship experience in Logistics, Purchasing, Warehouse, or related areas is desirable. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel. * Strong organizational and follow-up skills. * Attention to detail and analytical ability. * Proactivity, responsibility, and willingness to learn. * Availability to travel to La Joya as needed. **We Offer:** * Opportunity to gain professional experience in Logistics and Procurement. * Development and learning within a hospitality and services company. * Mentorship and learning alongside the Logistics team. * Excellent opportunity to strengthen your professional profile. **Work Location:** Arequipa, with availability to travel to La Joya as needed.
