Position Summary: We are seeking a Technical Director – Pharmaceutical Chemist to ensure regulatory compliance, proper medication dispensing, and customer guidance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure compliance with current pharmaceutical regulatory requirements. 2. Supervise the dispensing and storage of medications. 3. Provide customers with key information regarding medication use. We are currently seeking a **TECHNICAL DIRECTOR** to join our growing team. **Requirements:** * Licensed and registered Pharmaceutical Chemist. * Minimum of 3 years of professional experience. * Valid pharmacy license available. **Responsibilities:** * Verify compliance with current regulations, including provisions of Law No. 29459, the Regulation for Pharmaceutical Establishments, Good Storage Practices (GSP), dispensing practices, and pharmacovigilance. * Ensure official logs and all records specified in the Procedures Manual and current regulations remain up to date, in accordance with DIGEMID guidelines. * Ensure manuals, regulations, and procedures for medication dispensing are continuously updated. * Dispense and supervise the sale of medications according to their classification and as stipulated in the Procedures Manual. * Provide customers with information on appropriate medication use, precautions, dosage, possible side effects, and potential alternatives. * Monitor prescription dispensing to ensure compliance with current regulations. * Supervise the receipt and storage of medications as required. * Stay informed about alerts issued by DIGEMID and take appropriate actions. **Competencies:** Proactivity, responsibility, customer orientation, teamwork, strong communication skills, and high energy. **Benefits:** * Market-competitive remuneration. * Formal employment registration from day one, with all legally mandated benefits. * Positive work environment. **Work Location and Schedule:** Monday to Saturday. **We offer a positive and collaborative work environment, market-competitive remuneration, and legally mandated benefits.** If you are ready to advance your career, send us your CV today.
