Job Summary: We are seeking a Sales Supervisor to manage the sales team, execute strategies across various channels, and ensure sustainable growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction. The candidate must reside in **Arequipa (Mandatory).** The Sales Supervisor will ensure achievement of commercial objectives through efficient sales team management and proper execution of strategy across different channels, guaranteeing sustainable growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction. **Responsibilities** Execution of Commercial Strategy * Ensure correct implementation of promotions, pricing, and product displays. * Supervise compliance with coverage plans and visit frequency schedules. * Guarantee sell-in targets for the territory with existing customers and acquisition of new partners. Sales and KPI Analysis * Monitor key indicators such as volume, profitability, coverage, and market share. * Identify improvement opportunities and propose corrective actions. Customer Management * Maintain strong relationships with key customers. * Identify business opportunities and expansion potential. Coordination with Other Departments * Collaborate with logistics, marketing, and finance to ensure product availability and campaign execution. **Required Education and Experience** * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or related field * Advanced Excel, Power BI * Ideal experience in fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) exceeding 4 years **Required Skills** * Operational Discipline * Planning and Organization * Problem Solving * Results Orientation * Negotiation Skills.
