We seek an experienced candidate who not only executes tasks but also understands HR processes, anticipates needs, proposes improvements, and becomes a key support for talent management within the organization.

**Position Objective**
Provide comprehensive support to the Human Resources department by executing and monitoring key processes in recruitment, personnel administration, and talent management, ensuring order, compliance, and continuous improvement.
**Main Responsibilities**
Recruitment and Selection
* Manage end-to-end recruitment processes (posting, screening, interviews, and onboarding coordination).
* Develop and refine job descriptions according to departmental needs.
* Coordinate assessments and validate professional references.
* Maintain an updated candidate database and generate an active talent pipeline.
Personnel Administration
* Manage personnel records in T\-Register (hires, terminations, and modifications).
* Prepare employment contracts, renewals, and other labor documentation.
* Maintain physical and digital employee files.
* Monitor attendance, tardiness, and absences.
Payroll Support and Compliance
* Assist in payroll calculation and review in coordination with Accounting.
* Verify compliance with labor obligations (social benefits, insurance, etc.).
* Manage documentation required for audits or inspections.
Workplace Climate and Culture
* Support organizational climate initiatives.
* Monitor labor incidents and channel internal situations.
* Support onboarding and integration of new hires.
Process Improvement
* Propose improvements to HR forms, processes, and tools.
* Support automation of administrative HR tasks.
* Generate basic management reports and indicators.
**Requirements**
* Technical or university degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields.
* Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles.
* Proficiency in T\-Register, employment contracts, and labor processes.
* Experience in personnel recruitment and selection.
* Intermediate-level Excel skills (preferred).
* Basic knowledge of labor legislation.
