Join a Human Resources management team We are currently looking for a Payroll Analyst to join our Human Resources management team. Job Objective Ensure the accurate execution, calculation, and control of payroll processes and socio-labor obligations, guaranteeing compliance with current Peruvian labor legislation and the automation of departmental reports and indicators. Main Responsibilities * Process monthly payroll, bonuses, CTS (Compensatory Time Savings), profit-sharing, and social benefits settlements. * Prepare and file PLAME, AFP Net, T\-Registro, and other labor obligations. * Manage employment contracts, renewals, terminations, and labor documentation. * Design and update reports and dashboards in Power BI. * Prepare accounting accruals and personnel cost reports. * Administer mandatory insurance schemes such as Vida Ley and SCTR. * Maintain updated employee files, templates, and departmental procedures. * Address inquiries and claims related to payroll and benefits. * Monitor SUNAFIL requirements and notifications. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree or graduate in Accounting, Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Specialization in Labor Legislation or Payroll Processing. * Minimum 3 years of experience processing high-volume payroll, preferably in industrial companies or organizations with high staff turnover. * In-depth knowledge of current Peruvian labor legislation. * Proficiency in PLAME, T\-Registro, AFP Net, and social benefits calculations. * Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, complex formulas, macros). * Intermediate/advanced Power BI proficiency (mandatory).
