Position Summary: We are seeking an Internal Control Assistant to provide support in planning, implementing development actions, and applying management indicators. Key Highlights: 1. Support in corporate strategic planning and development 2. Assistance in implementing management control indicators 3. Review and inspection of tool and PPE receipts We are a leading company dedicated to maintaining concentrator plants across various mining units in southern Peru. Additionally, we provide truck rental services, crane services, lifting equipment, and assembly/disassembly services. We are currently seeking a professional to fill the position of: **INTERNAL CONTROL ASSISTANT** **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Provide support in the company's overall planning. * Assist in implementing development actions aligned with senior management's goals and objectives. * Support the development and application of administrative-financial management control indicators. * Support coordination of corporate efforts and resources toward one or more collective goals. * Review and inspect receipt of tools, PPEs, and other items. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Accounting/Finance/Administration Technician. * One year of experience in internal control or auditing. * Intermediate to Advanced MS Office proficiency. * Knowledge of logistics. * Familiarity with purchase order preparation, service orders, valuations, and daily work logs (tareos). * Immediate availability. * Must reside in Arequipa, preferably in areas near Cerro Colorado. **WORK HOURS:** * Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM * Saturday: 7:30 AM – 1:00 PM **BENEFITS:** * Formal employment registration from day one. * Dynamic work environment and positive workplace atmosphere. * Opportunities for professional growth and development. * A birthday leave day plus a gift from the company—a cake from Capriccio Bakery.
