Coordination and teamwork to enhance drilling efficiency. **Recruitment Notice:** **Drilling and Blasting Assistant – Mining Project** Corporación Grupo Sur del Perú SAC is seeking a **Drilling and Blasting Assistant** to join its team at the **Tía María and Chapi Mining Projects**, with prior experience or willingness to perform field mining tasks. **Requirements:** * Experience in drilling and blasting (desirable). * Knowledge of safety, health, and environmental practices. * Ability to work effectively in teams and under pressure. * Availability to work under a 14x7 schedule. **Main Responsibilities:** * Execute drilling operations on site in compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards. * Maintain and assess equipment and materials to ensure optimal condition. * Coordinate with the drilling foreman regarding actions before, during, and after drilling. * Maintain order and cleanliness in drilling facilities and areas. * Prepare and position drill rods according to established procedures. * Prepare drilling faces as instructed by the drilling foreman. * Operate required equipment and tools to complete assigned tasks. * Identify potential faults or defects in materials and working equipment. * Maintain and inspect wrenches, pipes, hoses, and drilling components. * Comply with internal work regulations, as well as safety, health, and environmental standards. * Coordinate preventive actions to avoid accidents. **Employment Conditions:** * **Work Schedule:** 14x7 * **Labor Regime:** MYPE * 50% bonus payment * 50% CTS (Compensación por Tiempo de Servicios) * 15 days of vacation * **Salary:** 2200\.00 Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.2,200\.00 per month Application Question(s): * Do you agree to the salary of S/2,200 under the MYPE labor regime (half bonus, CTS, and vacation entitlement)?
