Labor Administration and Payroll Control **HUMAN RESOURCES SUPERVISOR – MINING SECTOR** **Work Location:** Office in Arequipa – Industrial Park **Work Modality:** On-site **Job Description** A mining-sector company, currently expanding due to increased project activity, is seeking a **Human Resources Supervisor** to work at its Arequipa office. The position will be responsible for managing and controlling all Human Resources processes, including recruitment for mining projects, employee affiliations, labor administration, payroll preparation, document control, and coordination of onboarding, offboarding, and staff rotations. **Main Responsibilities** * Manage and supervise the company’s Human Resources processes. * Execute recruitment, evaluation, and selection processes for personnel assigned to mining projects. * Issue job announcements for operational, technical, administrative, and professional staff. * Manage employee affiliations, accreditations, and onboarding documentation for mining units. * Coordinate occupational medical examinations, inductions, training courses, equivalency validations, and other onboarding requirements. * Prepare, review, and control monthly payroll records. * Payroll preparation. * Calculate and monitor fifth-category income tax. * Calculate bonuses, CTS (Compensatory Time Savings), vacations, severance payments, and other social benefits. * Manage employment contracts, renewals, addendums, hires, and terminations. * Monitor contract expiration dates, probationary periods, rest periods, vacations, and rotations. * Maintain up-to-date physical and digital employee files. * Address employee inquiries and requests related to contracts, remuneration, benefits, and labor documentation. * Coordinate and verify information with Accounting, Administration, Operations, and SSOMA departments. * Support labor declarations and compliance with formal obligations. * Prepare documentation for labor audits, equivalency validations, inspections, and SUNAFIL requirements. * Track labor or documentary observations until resolution. * Maintain order, control, and confidentiality of Human Resources information. * Perform other job-related duties as assigned by the company. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Industrial Relations, Human Resources, or related fields. * Minimum of **3 years** of experience in Human Resources roles. * Experience as Human Resources Supervisor, Analyst, or Coordinator. * Experience in recruiting and selecting operational staff for mining operations. * Preferred experience with contractor companies, mining projects, or service providers in the mining sector. * Experience in preparing and reviewing payroll records. * Availability to work on-site at the Arequipa Industrial Park. * Immediate availability, mandatory. **Working Conditions** * On-site work at the office located in the Arequipa Industrial Park. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM; Saturday, 8:30 AM–12:45 PM * Formal employment under the MYPE regime (50% bonus, 50% CTS, and 15 days of vacation) * Remuneration starting from **S/ 3,500.00 monthly**, based on experience, knowledge, and economic expectations.
