Ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and productivity standards. **01 MECHANICAL ENGINEER – SUPERVISOR (20X10 REGIME)** An industrial-sector company is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to supervise maintenance services at the Pampa de Cobre mining unit’s crushing plant. **REQUIREMENTS:** Bachelor's degree and licensed in Mechanical Engineering Minimum 3 years of experience in mechanical maintenance at mining plants (crushing experience preferred) Proven experience maintaining **HP300, Sandvik CH440, or Metso C100** crushers Knowledge of maintenance for crushing equipment (conveyor belts, screens, etc.) Experience leading work teams in the field Knowledge of mining safety and high-risk work management Availability to work under the 20X10 regime **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Comprehensively supervise mechanical maintenance services at the crushing plant Plan, coordinate, and monitor fieldwork execution Manage technical staff (mechanics, fitters, etc.) Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and productivity standards Coordinate with the client and report service progress Monitor project resources, materials, and timelines **CONDITIONS:** Project-based employment (20X10) Inclusion in payroll Application Question(s): * When are you available to start working? * What is your monthly salary expectation? * Have you previously supervised maintenance on HP300, Sandvik CH440, or Metso C100 crushers?
