**Required Education:**
Professionally certified graduate in one of the following fields:

**5\. FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIESA. PLANNING AND HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGEMENT**
* **Plan, direct, and oversee the comprehensive management of Human Resources**, aligning departmental policies, procedures, and actions with the company’s objectives and needs.
* **Develop and update job descriptions, MOF, regulations, policies, procedures, and other documents related to people management**, ensuring proper communication and implementation.
* **Manage recruitment, selection, and hiring processes**, ensuring candidates meet established profiles, competencies, experience, references, and requirements.
* **Manage onboarding and integration of new employees**, including collection and validation of documentation, personnel files, contracts, employment records, insurance, access credentials, attendance control, and general and role-specific induction.
* **Administer and maintain up-to-date personnel information and documentation**, including personnel files, databases of active and former employees, contracts, remunerations, personnel movements, and other employment records.
* **Manage and monitor employment contracts**, tracking expirations, renewals, formalization, modifications, and communications related to the employment relationship.
* **Administer attendance and working hours control**, including tardiness, absences, permissions, leaves, overtime, compensatory time, and other incidents, coordinating appropriate actions with supervisors.
* **Manage employee vacations**, maintaining updated vacation records, notifying upcoming expirations, and coordinating scheduling, registration, and processing.
* **Coordinate with Accounting, Treasury, and Administration to provide necessary information for payroll processing, benefits, deductions, travel allowances, and other personnel-related items.**
* **Manage medical leaves, leaves of absence, EsSalud affiliations, subsidies, and other labor benefits**, ensuring proper registration, follow-up, and documentation.
* **Administer labor relations**, addressing inquiries, observations, conflicts, and labor situations, providing guidance to employees and supervisors in accordance with company policies and current regulations.
* **Manage disciplinary processes**, coordinating with supervisors on corrective measures and drafting memoranda, notifications, and other relevant documents.
* **Manage communications and procedures related to resignations, abandonment of work, dismissals, non-renewals, and other separation scenarios**, coordinating legal advisory support when required.
* **Comprehensively manage termination processes**, including exit documentation, settlement of social benefits, termination confirmation, deregistration from records and insurance, and coordination of corresponding payments.
* **Respond to and follow up on requests, inspections, and communications from SUNAFIL, the Ministry of Labor, and other competent labor authorities.**
* **Design, coordinate, and implement the training and development program**, considering identified needs from various departments and competency gaps among staff.
* **Design and execute the performance evaluation process**, monitoring goals, indicators, outcomes, and improvement plans.
* **Manage talent development and retention**, identifying key personnel, development needs, career paths, and internal growth opportunities.
* **Manage organizational climate and culture**, proposing initiatives aimed at commitment, motivation, integration, well-being, and alignment of employees with company values and objectives.
* **Manage internal communication and wellness and integration activities**, including recognition programs, institutional celebrations, and activities reinforcing a sense of belonging.
* **Coordinate, within the Human Resources scope, activities related to Occupational Safety and Health**, including monitoring of the SST Committee, SCTR, PPE (Personal Protective Equipment), and related documentation.

* **Prepare and present Human Resources indicators and reports**, including data on headcount, turnover, attendance, vacations, contracts, absenteeism, training, performance, and other relevant metrics.
* **Identify risks, non-compliances, and improvement opportunities in people management**, proposing and implementing corrective and preventive actions.
* **Provide support and advisory services to General Management and supervisors on human management and labor relations**, as well as perform other duties assigned according to the nature of the position and company needs.
