Do you want to take on this challenge and join our team? **Requirements:** * Knowledge of plumbing, electrical installations, or related fields * One year of experience performing similar services * Availability to perform fieldwork * Residence in Arequipa, Peru * Availability to travel within Peruvian territory **Responsibilities:** * Perform installation and maintenance services according to protocol * Carry out additional services such as sampling, decommissioning, relocations, technical visits, etc. * Respond to emergency service requests * Comply with company processes, policies, protocols, and manuals * Follow the assigned daily route * Complete required documentation: delivery guides, service reports, intake forms, etc. * Transport goods from the office to the client's home or business * Coordinate and prepare all necessary materials for services at least one day in advance * Accurately mark routes in the routing system * Record all service-related information thoroughly * Take photos and videos of completed services * Raise alerts and communicate all service-related matters * Other duties related to the position and/or assigned by the direct supervisor **Skills and Competencies:** * Assertive communication * Teamwork * Responsibility and commitment * Customer focus * Integrity and trustworthiness * Proactivity Send us your CV and maximize your talent with Edén Agua!
