The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and supervising construction and installation activities, ensuring compliance with established quality, safety, and schedule standards. Expertise in telecommunications and fiber optic rings is highly valued. **Key Responsibilities:** * Plan, coordinate, and supervise all phases of construction and installation, from inception through final project delivery. * Manage and lead on-site work teams, assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and ensuring productivity. * Ensure strict compliance with Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) regulations in all on-site activities, promoting a safety-first culture. * Monitor and verify material quality and work execution, ensuring conformity with project technical specifications and Eosol Group standards. * Supervise equipment and facility installation, with special attention to telecommunications systems and fiber optic rings. * Efficiently manage resources (materials, machinery, personnel) to optimize costs and adhere to the project budget. * Prepare and submit periodic reports on site status, progress, incidents, and forecasts. * Coordinate with other departments (engineering, procurement, logistics) and third parties (subcontractors, suppliers, authorities) to ensure smooth project execution. * Proactively identify and resolve problems and deviations arising during construction execution. * Guarantee timely execution and delivery of projects within agreed deadlines. * Maintain clear and effective communication with all project stakeholders. **Job Requirements:** * **Minimum Experience:** Minimum 5 years of demonstrable experience in similar roles such as Construction or Installation Supervisor, preferably in the renewable energy, telecommunications, or infrastructure sectors. * **Specific Knowledge:** Solid knowledge and experience in telecommunications and fiber optic rings is mandatory. Experience in deployment and certification of fiber optic networks is highly desirable. * **Education:** A technical university degree (e.g., Engineering, Technical Architecture) or a Higher Vocational Training qualification related to the field is preferred.
