Position Summary:
A professional to supervise electromechanical and structural installations in the mining/industrial sector, ensuring safety and quality.

**Requirements:**
* Professional in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields (licensed and registered with the professional association).
* Minimum 2 years of experience supervising electromechanical or structural installations in the mining/industrial sector.
* Demonstrable experience in installation and alignment of crane rails.
* Knowledge of welding standards (AWS).
**Main Responsibilities:**
* Supervise and control field installation activities, millimeter-level alignment, and torque application for crane rails and tracks.
* Direct heavy lifting maneuvers and verify compliance with lifting plans (*rigging*).
* Ensure compliance with safety regulations (SSOMA), high-risk work permits, work-at-height procedures, and LOTO (Lockout-Tagout).
* Coordinate with surveying teams for axis release, elevation verification, and structural leveling.
* Manage on-site technical personnel, optimize resources, and ensure progress according to the construction schedule.
* Develop quality protocols (Quality Dossier), welding release documentation, and daily progress reports.
**Working Conditions:**

* Work schedule: 21 days on / 7 days off

Salary: S/.4,000.00 \- S/.5,000.00 per month
