If you are an expert at ensuring every system in an industrial building operates flawlessly (from power supply to fire protection systems), we want you on our team! **Your Primary Role:** You will be responsible for the technical supervision of all installations at the **La Joya, Arequipa** site, ensuring the contractor executes specialty drawings with precision and quality. **What Will You Supervise?** * **Electrical and Communications Installations:** Distribution panels, structured cabling, and power systems. * **Sanitary and Stormwater Installations:** Water supply networks, sewage systems, and drainage systems. * **Fire Protection Systems (FPS):** Supervision of wet-pipe networks and detection systems. * **HVAC:** Installation of industrial ventilation and air conditioning systems. **Profile Requirements:** * **Education:** Electromechanical, Mechanical-Electrical, or Civil Engineer with specialization in installations. * **Experience:** Minimum **5 years** supervising integrated MEP installations on large-scale industrial, logistics, or retail projects. * **Software:** Proficiency in reading CAD drawings and document management on platforms such as **PROCORE** (preferred). * **Location:** Availability to work in **La Joya, Arequipa** (local schedule / Mon-Fri). **Key Competencies:** * Ability to resolve field-level interferences between specialties (e.g., preventing water pipes from colliding with electrical cable trays). * Rigor in validating test and quality protocols. * Preventive safety focus (SSOMA).
