Job Summary: Provide technical advisory services with a commercial focus to promote and sell services and products, ensuring customer service excellence and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Provide technical advisory services to clients and develop commercial proposals. 2. Manage client portfolio and participate in commercial meetings. 3. Conduct post-sales follow-up and resolve issues with clients. I. PURPOSE OF THE POSITION Provide technical advisory services with a commercial focus to promote and sell the company’s services and/or products, ensuring appropriate customer service and compliance with labor regulations as well as occupational safety and health standards, thereby contributing to the company’s growth and sustainability. III. SPECIFIC FUNCTIONS 1. Provide technical advisory services to clients regarding the services and/or products offered by the company. 2. Develop technical and commercial proposals aligned with client requirements. 3. Manage and monitor the assigned client portfolio. 4. Coordinate with the Operations Manager or Technical Department for execution of contracted services. 5. Participate in commercial and technical meetings with clients. 6. Conduct post-sales follow-up and address clients’ basic technical inquiries. 7. Prepare simple commercial management reports for the immediate supervisor. 8. Collect client complaints, feedback, recommendations, and reported issues so that the Commercial Department may take action and implement improvements toward excellence. 9. Resolve various situations or problems related to the assigned client portfolio. 10. Safeguard materials and ensure integrity of equipment assigned by the company for job performance. 11. Comply with the company’s internal policies and current labor regulations. 12. Comply with applicable occupational safety and health standards for this position. 13. Immediately report any accidents or incidents occurring during working hours. 14. Wear and maintain in good order and cleanliness the uniform provided by the company, which must be worn throughout working hours. 15. Respect the working hours assigned by the company. 16. Perform other duties inherent to the position as assigned by the immediate supervisor. IV. POSITION REQUIREMENTS Academic Qualifications * Completed or incomplete university studies in Administration, Engineering, Marketing, Business, or related fields. Experience * Minimum general experience of two (2) years. * Experience in technical sales or commercial advisory services. Knowledge * Basic sales and negotiation techniques. * General knowledge of labor regulations applicable to the company’s business activities. * Basic to intermediate proficiency in office software tools. POSITION CONDITIONS * Working hours: As stipulated in the employment contract and current labor regulations. * Work modality: Office-based work and client visits. * Workplace: Office / Nationwide travel. IX. WORKING HOURS * Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Saturdays, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM Salary: S/.3,500.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
