Completed university studies or technical degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. 2\. Knowledge of operational processes (mandatory). 3\. Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office. 4\. Experience leading teams (preferred). **General Responsibilities:** 1\. Inform customers about the status of their goods shipped from provincial locations. 2\. Coordinate daily services, including pickups and dispatches of goods according to schedule. 3\. Supervise field staff to ensure proper loading and unloading of goods, preventing distribution errors. 4\. Maintain constant communication with branches regarding customer orders returning to Lima. 5\. Record vehicle status information to monitor availability and assign them to upcoming services or orders. 6\. Contact vehicles first thing in the morning to confirm their location and current trip status. 7\. Comply with established technical regulations such as weighing procedures, UN codes, safety diamonds, etc., to correctly identify cargo types and avoid violations that could harm the company. 8\.
