Job Summary: Supervise fieldwork execution to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety; lead the team and customer communications; and develop action plans. Key Highlights: 1. Identify service sales opportunities and support commercial proposals. **MISSION** Supervise fieldwork execution to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety for the services delivered. **JOB DESCRIPTION** * Ensure the safety of personnel under supervision during scheduled work execution. * Supervise scheduled work execution to ensure it is carried out correctly and safely. * Lead the assigned work team during services and/or critical situations. * Lead communications with the client’s contract operators to maintain good relationships and ensure proper information flow. * Lead immediate response to customer calls requiring technical field assistance and develop specific action plans to resolve issues. * Review / prepare technical reports for major repairs or complex technical cases to be submitted to the client. * Identify service sales opportunities during contract-based service delivery (overhauls, corrective actions, contracts, central controllers, air audits, etc.). * Support commercial executives with relevant information for presenting economic and technical proposals for potential business closures (technical inquiries). * Lead and conduct field evaluations to promote service sales. * Internally lead control, evaluation, and service improvement opportunity meetings for field services. * Conduct field inspection visits to verify service area improvement opportunities. * Responsible for tracking training of personnel under supervision. * Understand and develop key business tools—KPIs. * Other duties related to this position. **Experience** * Minimum of 2 years in similar supervisory roles. **Education** * University degree, licensed, and registered in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields supporting operations. **Knowledge** * Knowledge of predictive, corrective, and preventive maintenance of compressors. * Familiarity with Atlas Copco equipment—both features and operation—is desirable. * Familiarity with software for Atlas Copco machines is desirable. * Basic computer user-level proficiency is desirable. **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION** * Availability to work in the Southern Mining Zone. * Driver’s license A1 \-A2B is preferred. * Residency in the southern region of the country is preferred.
