Pleasant working environment **We are looking for a Fire Protection Systems Supervisor (ACI)** to join our team and lead the planning, supervision, and execution of fire protection system projects, ensuring compliance with established quality, safety, cost, and schedule standards. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Develop work plans and execution schedules for each assigned project. * Manage and request equipment, materials, consumables, and tools required for project execution. * Supervise project execution and properly control allocated resources. * Perform the **checklist and requirements for materials, consumables, equipment, and tools** needed for each service. * Verify compliance with work procedures and safety standards established by the client. * Prepare project progress and monitoring reports. * Perform project valuation and monitor adherence to schedules. * Coordinate with various internal departments regarding requests and requirements related to assigned projects. * Prepare quotations and analyze requirements for projects. * Conduct technical visits to client facilities. * Prepare the corresponding **technical dossiers** for each project as part of documentation and quality proposals. * Prepare budgets for projects related to **fire protection systems (ACI)**. * Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and technical personnel to ensure proper project execution. * Identify improvement opportunities and ensure achievement of established project objectives. **POSITION PROFILE** * Technical or university graduate in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Experience supervising and executing **fire protection system (ACI)** projects. * Experience preparing budgets, quotations, and valuations. * Knowledge of materials, equipment, and components used in fire protection systems. * Ability to conduct technical visits and gather field information. * Proficiency in handling technical documentation and preparing dossiers. * Planning, organizational, and team leadership capabilities. * Availability to visit project sites and clients. **COMPETENCIES** * Leadership and coordination ability. * Planning and organization. * Results orientation. * Effective communication. * Ability to work under pressure. * Problem-solving skills. * Commitment to safety and quality. **WE OFFER** * Employment with a growing company. * Opportunity to participate in fire protection system projects. * Professional development and continuous learning. * Pleasant working environment.
