Job Summary:
Supervise and coordinate the execution of preventive and corrective maintenance of HVAC systems, leading technical teams and ensuring quality and safety in the field.

Requirements
* Certified technician or graduate in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or related fields.
* Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Field Supervisor, HVAC Maintenance Supervisor, or in similar positions.
* Knowledge of HVAC system maintenance and installation.
* Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical drawings.
* Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety and Environmental regulations.
* Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* Ability to lead technical teams and coordinate field activities.
* Willingness to travel and work on different projects or locations.
* **Valid A2B driver's license (mandatory).**
* Experience driving 4x4 vans and operational vehicles.

Responsibilities
* Supervise and coordinate the execution of preventive and corrective HVAC maintenance tasks.
* Lead assigned technical personnel in the field.
* Verify compliance with safety and quality procedures during task execution.
* Coordinate availability of materials, tools, and equipment required for scheduled activities.
* Monitor service progress and ensure adherence to established schedules.
* Prepare technical reports and progress updates.
* Coordinate with clients and involved departments to ensure proper service execution.
* Conduct technical inspections and ensure compliance with operational standards.
* Manage responses to HVAC-related emergencies and contingencies.
* Identify opportunities for improvement in maintenance and operational processes.
