Our recruitment is targeted at Industrial Engineering graduates seeking professional internships or graduates with experience in this field. Responsibilities * Support ISO 9001 implementation through drafting, controlling, and updating procedures, work instructions, and forms of the QMS (Quality Management System). * Collaborate in collecting information and evidence for internal and external audits. * Conduct process identification and mapping across various departments. * Support performance indicator (KPI) management related to quality. * Collaborate in staff training and awareness on quality-related topics. * Participate in identifying and proposing process improvements. * Prepare progress and compliance reports for the ISO 9001 implementation plan\.
