Requirements: Academic Qualification: Graduate or certified Technician in Gastronomy or related fields. Computer Skills: Intermediate-level Office software proficiency. Experience: 1 year as Assistant Cook, 1 year as Associate Cook, and 5 years in supervisory roles. Specific knowledge in: Food concessions, mass production. Availability to work full-time on rotating shifts. Responsibilities: Supervise and participate in dish preparation, ensuring quality and presentation standards. Control the quality of ingredients used in dish preparation. Supervise and enforce adherence to product technical sheets. Supervise recipe compliance across all chain locations. Verify proper implementation of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs). Evaluate kitchen staff performance and capabilities. Assess and propose improvements to kitchen shift schedules. Assess and verify efficient staffing levels per shift and per location. Provide training and mentoring to junior staff for rapid skill development. Establish and maintain a positive work environment across all chain kitchens. Conduct regular site visits and continuous monitoring across all chain locations.
