Job Summary: Ensure continuous operational readiness of plant machinery and infrastructure through planning, execution, and supervision of preventive and corrective maintenance. Key Highlights: 1. Plan and execute the annual predictive and preventive maintenance program for machinery and equipment. 2. Supervise and coordinate the activities of maintenance technical staff. 3. Timely address and resolve mechanical and electrical failures. 4. Coordinate with the production department to avoid unplanned shutdowns. 5. Conduct periodic inspections of equipment and facilities. 6. Monitor proper use of maintenance tools and materials. 7. Maintain records of incidents, completed maintenance tasks, and technical reports. 8. Propose improvements to maintenance processes to optimize time and costs. 9. Ensure compliance with occupational safety and health regulations. 10. Manage spare parts requisitions and coordinate with the warehouse. 11. Drafting of plans. 12. Comply with procedures and processes established by the institution.
