Conduct mining safety inspections and training SAFETY SUPERVISOR – LIFTING (MINING SECTOR) A mining company is seeking a professional to fill the following position: Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, or Mining Engineering. Licensed and authorized professional (mandatory). Minimum 120 hours of training in Occupational Health and Safety (diploma or certified courses). Minimum 3 years of experience as a Safety Supervisor in lifting operations at mining units. Experience working at Las Bambas and Hudbay (desirable). Knowledge of current Occupational Health and Safety regulations. Immediate availability. Main Responsibilities: Supervise compliance with safety standards during lifting operations. Verify proper use of PPE and adherence to procedures. Conduct inspections, reporting, and incident investigations. Lead safety talks and staff training sessions. Ensure compliance with legal regulations and client requirements.
