Development in accounting systems such as ContaSis **WE ARE SEEKING AN ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT** We are looking for an Accounting Assistant to join our team. ***Requirements:*** \- Graduate or final-cycle student of Accounting. \- Ability to work effectively in a team. \- Responsibility, organization, and attention to detail. \- Availability and commitment to assigned duties. ***Experience and knowledge in:*** \- Recording and controlling accounting provisions. \- Account cancellations and reconciliations. \- Preparation and submission of PDT tax declarations. \- Proficiency in the ContaSis accounting system. \- Preparation and submission of SIRE tax declarations. \- Handling and processing of payroll records. \- Preparation and analysis of accounting balance sheets. \- Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. ***Main Responsibilities:*** \- Record and control accounting transactions. \- Perform accounting provisions and cancellations. \- Support the preparation and submission of PDT and SIRE declarations. \- Assist in payroll management and processing. \- Prepare and review accounting balance sheets and reports. \- Maintain up-to-date and well-organized accounting documentation. \- Support other activities inherent to the Accounting Department. ***Work Location:*** Santa Isabel II \- Cerro Colorado (behind the airport, via the Bicentennial Bridge) Maps: https://maps.app.goo.gl/pftLANT5mapSbfDD7 ***Work Modality:*** 100% on-site ***Application Process:*** No application is required through this platform.
