Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and responsible Logistics Assistant to manage the inbound/outbound flow of materials, update inventory records, and coordinate plant supply activities. Job stability and career path **Join our team as a Logistics Assistant!** We are Inversiones Merma S.A.C., a company dedicated to solid waste management and handling. **Requirements:** * Graduate or bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields. * Minimum 3 months of experience in logistics, warehouse, or administrative control functions. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * Strong organizational skills and ability to manage information. * Responsibility and teamwork orientation. * Willingness to work on-site at the plant. **Main Responsibilities:** * Monitor and record material, equipment, and PPE inflows and outflows to maintain up-to-date plant inventory. * Register and update warehouse movements to ensure reliable information. * Distribute PPEs to staff to ensure compliance with safety regulations. * Verify stock levels of materials and PPEs to guarantee timely availability. * Coordinate material procurement to prevent stockouts. * Support receiving and storage of materials to ensure proper organization. * Coordinate with Operations and SSOMA to meet on-site requirements. * Monitor and track operational staff allowances to ensure proper allocation and reporting. * Record and manage allowance invoices and supporting documents to maintain expense order and substantiation. * Assist in tracking logistical incidents to facilitate prompt resolution. * Organize logistical documentation to ensure accessibility and order. **We seek in you:** Organization and attention to detail Proactivity and responsibility Ability to perform operational tasks Effective communication Teamwork **We offer:** Full formal employment registration with 100% statutory benefits Career development path Job stability Ongoing training opportunities Positive work environment **If you meet the profile and wish to join a solid, growing company, apply with us.** **Be part of our team!** Application question(s): * What is your salary expectation?
