Lead and develop field sales teams. Drive credit disbursement through agreements. Conduct daily tracking of results and goal achievement. Train and support the team throughout the commercial process. Analyze KPIs and optimize team productivity. What are we looking for? Minimum 1 year of experience as a Sales Supervisor in the financial sector. Knowledge of agreement-based credits and/or payroll deduction loans. Experience leading commercial teams and achieving targets. Leadership, motivation, and communication skills.
