Job Summary: This position involves receiving, reviewing, recording, and tracking payment requests, as well as downloading and sending payment certificates. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive management of payment requests and payment certificates. 2. Management of accounting systems and banking operations. 3. Support in tracking rental payments. **CORE FUNCTION** Receiving, reviewing, and registering payment requests in the database, as well as downloading payment certificates and forwarding them to requesters. **SPECIFIC FUNCTIONS** 1\. Receiving payment requests and verifying that the attached documentation supports the payment. 2\. Downloading payment certificates and attaching them to the corresponding payment requests. 3\. Sending payment certificates to various departments via email. 4\. Maintaining control over payment requests by recording each request in the payment request database. 5\. Separating payment vouchers attached to the request and delivering them to the Accounting Department. 6\. Archiving payment requests. 7\. Tracking rental payments. 8\. Reporting any incidents to the immediate supervisor. 9\. Performing other duties inherent to the position upon instruction from the immediate supervisor. **KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS** * Proficiency in using PCs and the Windows operating system. * Knowledge of accounting management and SUNAT regulations. * Knowledge of banking operations. * Familiarity with telebanking, net cash, and tele credit systems. * Knowledge of accounting system usage.
