**Job Description**
Our organization is seeking an **Administration Intern for the Human Resources team**. We are looking for an organized, proactive individual with strong attention to detail, whose primary objective will be to support administrative, operational, and document control activities within the department.

**Main Responsibilities**
In this role, you will receive ongoing guidance and support while collaborating on the following activities:
* **Personnel Administration:** Support the organization, updating, and control of digital and physical employee files, ensuring documentation complies with internal standards.
* **Support in Hiring Processes:** Assist in tracking and collecting onboarding documents for new hires, as well as scheduling their inductions and delivery of work tools (*Onboarding*).
* **Attendance and Incident Control:** Support the registration and validation of attendance records, medical leaves, other types of leave, and vacation requests, consolidating key information for payroll processing.
* **Employee Support:** Assist in receiving, routing, and resolving employees’ administrative inquiries (e.g., requests for certificates, pay slip distribution, photo IDs, etc.).
* **Department Logistics:** Support procurement of minor departmental supplies (pantry items, office stationery) and provide operational assistance for employee wellness initiatives, training workshops, and internal company events.
**Requirements**
* **Academic Background:** Student in final semesters (7th, 8th, 9th, or 10th) or recent graduate of a university or technical program in **Business Administration, Service Administration, Human Resource Management**, or related fields.
* **Technical Knowledge (Preferred):**
* Proficiency in office tools (MS Office: Word, PowerPoint, and Excel at basic/intermediate level for report and database management).
* Basic theoretical knowledge of labor legislation or payroll administration (desirable but not mandatory).
* Excellent spelling and formal writing skills for internal communications.
* **Soft Skills:** Strong organizational and time-management abilities, confidentiality in handling sensitive information, empathy and service orientation, proactivity, and willingness to collaborate in a team environment.
