Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and qualified Scaffolding Mechanic for equipment maintenance, responsible for the assembly, dismantling, and maintenance of scaffolding. Key Highlights: 1. Support in general maintenance tasks. ***Esermin Perú S.A.C.*** is looking for a reliable and highly qualified **Scaffolding Mechanic** to join our team of professionals dedicated to high-performance equipment maintenance. ***Who are we looking for?*** * Technical professional graduated or certified in Service Mechanics, Metal Structures, Maintenance, or specialized courses such as scaffolding mechanic. * Minimum 1 year of experience performing similar work. * Completion of Occupational Health and Safety training courses. * Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly with colleagues. * Availability to work in Cerro Colorado. * Certification for **SMCV/SPCC/HUDBAY** (not mandatory). ***What will be your main responsibilities?*** * Assemble, erect, and dismantle modular metal platforms with rapid assembly, supported by frames. * Layout, erection/leveling, modification, maintenance, dismantling, and storage of scaffolding. * Ensure assigned tasks are completed within scheduled timeframes while meeting quality and safety standards. * Use adjustment tools. * Support maintenance activities. * Use diagonals, guardrails, verticals, platforms, and ladders. * Complete work permits, IPERC, AST, PETS prior to commencing work. * Mandatory use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and company uniform before starting work. * Maintain and safeguard materials under one's responsibility. * Perform other duties inherent to the position as assigned by the immediate supervisor. ***What do we offer?*** * Become part of the Esermin family. * Market-competitive remuneration. * Formal employment registration with all statutory benefits. * Pleasant working environment. ***Best wishes for this selection process!*** In accordance with Law No. 29733, Personal Data Protection Law, and its implementing regulation Supreme Decree No. 003-2013-JUS, the applicant hereby authorizes ESERMIN to process personal data and sensitive data provided during the application process, exclusively for purposes related to said process. **Dare to make a change and become part of our great corporate family!** Employment Type: Full-time Application Question(s): * Are you immediately available? * Do you hold a current certification for SMCV/SPCC/HUDBAY? * What is your salary expectation? * Please provide your DNI number.
