Job Summary:
Mechanical Supervisor to lead and coordinate mechanical maintenance activities in the metal-mechanical industry, ensuring adherence to safety regulations and equipment management.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead field work teams and manage resources

3. Prepare technical reports and participate in inspections

Arequipa (with availability for travel)
**Responsibilities:**
* Supervise, coordinate, and execute mechanical maintenance tasks.
* Ensure compliance with safety standards and procedures (IPERC, PETS, PETAR).
* Lead field work teams.
* Monitor work schedules, reports, and activity progress.
* Identify hazards and implement preventive measures.
* Prepare post-work technical reports.
* Participate in inspections, audits, and operational meetings.
* Manage resources: tools, equipment, and materials.
**Requirements (MANDATORY):**
* Licensed and registered professional in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical-Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
* Minimum 3 **years of mining experience** in similar roles.
* Experience supervising mechanical maintenance activities.
* **Knowledge of occupational health and safety hazards and applicable regulations.**
* **Strong knowledge of mechanical maintenance.**
* **Training in Maintenance Management and/or Project Control (or equivalent courses).**
* Familiarity with OSH, IPERC, PETS, PETAR.
* Willingness to travel to mining units.
