IGH GROUP is currently seeking an **HSE Instructor** to join our mining operations team. **Work Location:** Arequipa **Work Modality:** 14x7 Regime – On-site **Requirements:** *Academic Qualifications* * Degree holder, preferably a licensed and registered engineer. * Specialization in Occupational Health and Safety, HSE Management, Risk Management, or related fields. * Train-the-Trainer or Instructor Training certification. *Professional Experience* * Minimum 3 years of experience in mining or industrial operations. * Minimum 1 year as an HSE instructor or trainer in mining. * Knowledge of FHP, DS 024\-2016\-EM, DS 023\-2017\-EM, IPERC, PETAR, and high-risk work procedures. Responsibilities * Deliver in-person and virtual training on Occupational Health and Safety topics. * Develop technical training materials and presentations. * Conduct assessments and monitor personnel learning progress. * Provide support in HSE prevention and management activities. * Comply with established safety standards and procedures in operations.
