Collaboration in the cinema's daily operations An entertainment-sector company is seeking a Human Resources Assistant for our Arequipa cinema, located at Arequipa Center Shopping Mall (Metro de Cerro Colorado). We seek an HR Assistant with knowledge and experience in the HR field, as well as experience in retail–entertainment or similar establishments. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or related fields. Intermediate-level Office software proficiency. Residence in the Cerro Colorado district or nearby areas. Rotating shifts; work schedule includes weekends (6 days per week). Responsibilities: Maintain accurate employee records through all processes, internal policies, and regulations, while ensuring optimal job performance. Develop and implement recruitment and selection procedures for operational and administrative staff. Prepare payroll previews using the attendance system and other calculations, then submit them to the payroll department for payment processing. Administer personnel records, including uniform distribution logs, attendance records, and bulletin board updates. Conduct employee onboarding and provide support in training activities. Manage documentation for all cinema staff members’ hiring and termination processes. Perform tasks related to cinema operations.
