Position Summary: A Construction Resident Assistant is required to assist in the planning, execution, and supervision of daily activities on road construction projects. Key Responsibilities: 1. Assist in planning, execution, and supervision of construction activities 2. Verify work according to drawings and specifications 3. Coordinate with surveying teams and maintain daily activity records CONSTRUCTION RESIDENT ASSISTANT REQUIRED — BACHELOR'S DEGREE OR GRADUATE WITH **1 TO 2 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE EXCLUSIVELY IN ROAD CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS** **WORK LOCATION:** La Unión Province \- Toro District (Annex Pampacocha) \- Arequipa Department **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Assist the Construction Resident in planning, executing, and supervising daily activities. * Verify that work is carried out in accordance with drawings, technical specifications, and the approved schedule. * Coordinate with surveying teams for layout, leveling, and elevation control. * Maintain daily activity records, including equipment, personnel, and productivity. * Prepare daily construction reports, photographic reports, and logbooks. * Support preparation of monthly quantity take-offs and valuations. * Coordinate with the Construction Resident on personnel and equipment allocation across work fronts. * Assist in preparing weekly and monthly physical and financial progress reports. * Maintain the project's technical and administrative documentation. * Process documentation with the supervisory body or contracting entity as directed by the Construction Resident.
